My 2013 Beauty/Makeup Wishlist

Hello guys! It's the last week of February, and I am so excited for payday! Kidding aside, I am excited to purchase new products to review and test out.

Now you guys all know that I am investing in local Philippine products since they are the ones that are well within my budget and they are readily available, but I also have some products that I wish I could have! These are practically splurges in my book, but I know that the price matches the quality of these products and I hope by working hard I will be able to get them one by one.

1. Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In Place Makeup

I have heard a lot of good stuff about this foundation, and by good stuff I mean amazing coverage and staying power. I already tried this foundation and I was so impressed that I have been saving up so I can buy one. This foundation is available at Rustan's Cubao or Shang for ₱2,100. Yes, yes, I know it is pricey but I would still love the own something that I could use for special occasions. I would also like to get the matching concealer. I have been hits and misses with the color of the concealer that I buy, so I am looking for something that will match my skintone. I think my shade for this foundation is Cool Cream.

2. Sigma Mr. Bunny Essential Kit

I have been eyeing this baby for a year now! See, I don't have a complete brush set, and the first time I laid my eyes on these brushes I know that I have to get it. You may purchase this directly from Sigma's website as they ship internationally, or you can get this from Stuff In Style for ₱5,500. I just can't wait to own this kit and I know for sure that I will be enjoying this so much.

3. Urban Decay Naked Palette

I have to include this, yes. I have been wanting this palette for so long now and my thoughts have not changed a bit even though there's the Naked 2, the Naked Basics, etc. This is also available in Stuff In Style for ₱2,900. I think they are one of the shops that sells this in a low price.

4. Ben Nye Banana Luxury Powder

This setting powder is the most talked about and most raved product as of the moment, and of course I would like to find out why. This product is always out of stock in online shops here in the Philippines, so I am not sure how I can get a hold of it.

5. Z Palette

I have a lot of single eyeshadows that I wanted to organize into one single palette. I think this is the best thing to use. I tried looking for dupes, but I can't find any. I know Suesh sells one for ₱900, and I am planning to buy this one as soon as I can.

5. Bioderma Sebium H2O for Oily Skin

This is also a raved product as of the moment. This claims to be very effective in removing makeup, and something that I really wanted to try. Currently, I remove my makeup by using baby oil and baby/wet wipes, and although it works, I am not 100% sure that it removes all makeup residues on my face. We all know that we should invest in good skincare products, and this one is the first step for people who wears makeup like me. This product is also always sold out. I think you can purchase one from Digital Traincase for ₱1,350, if they have it in stock.

6. Benefit They're Real Mascara

I am actually not sure if I should include this in my wishlist, but this is something that I really wanted to try. This mascara claims to give out the false eyelashes effect, and I certainly want that!

7. MAC Browset in Beguile

Another product that I am not sure if I should include in this list, but I read a blog about how wonderful this brow mascara is. I know there are a lot of affordable dupes such as Etude House's Color My Brows, but I still wanted to try this one.

8. NARS Highlighting/Bronzing Blush Duo in Orgasm/Laguna
I am not a fan of NARS until I saw their stall in Rustan's Shang and started swatching their lipsticks, blushes, etc. I love the NARS Orgasm Blush! It's way better than Benefit's Coralista. I am also looking for the perfect countour powder, so why not purchase something that is 2-in-1 right? Downside is, this costs approximately ₱2,000, maybe I'll settle on the ELF dupe for now.
9. Acne.org's Regimen

If you have read my skincare haul post, you know that this is something that I really wanted to try, but because they cannot assure shipping here in the Philippines and the only online shop selling it here priced it at ₱4,800, I may as well add it on my wishlist.I would love to try this product, and if I can purchase it for a lower price, I would definitely invest on this.

10. MAC Lipsticks

Yup, you read it right, LIPSTICKS! "Hi my name is Maica, and I am a lipstick addict." I really wanted to start collecting MAC lipsticks and here are the shades that hopefully, I can have in the near future.

Angel

Candy Yum Yum

Hue

Cosmo

Ruby Woo

Russian Red

Viva Glam Nicki

Rebel

Chatterbox

Lustering

Plumful

Shy Girl

11. Acrylic Organizers

My makeup collection is growing and I have quite a few products now, so I really need to organize them. Right now I am using 2 makeup bags to store them, and I thought instead of purchasing a traincase, I would rather purchase these since I do not carry lots of makeup when I go out.

And the last item on this wishlist is not a makeup product, but I know that I have to invest on this.

Fujifilm FinePix F800EXR

I know, I know. This is something that I really need. A good quality HD cam for taking photos of my product reviews, tutorials, etc. I am not sure if this is already available here in the Philippines, and I am not sure if I can afford this but I will try my best to save up for this.

And that's it for my wishlist this year! Whew! I really need to work hard to get all of these. What about you, do you have a makeup or beauty wishlist? Feel free to share with me by posting a comment below or through Facebook.

I am currently working on a new post, and I hope it will be up before this week/month ends. And oh, I will also be posting the Day 21 update of my skincare regimen so watch out for that.

Till my next post! Goodluck!

Hey, Maica, if you want a cheap version of the Z palettes, check Wild Peach. Liz of Project Vanity reviewed them here:

Hey! There are acrylic organizers in Landmark you can check it out there! It's not as big like the ones we see online that come from the united states but they are really nice. I have plans on buying them once my collection expands a bit more but for your collection, it would be awesome!

Hello dear! Yup I saw them already, but they are too small and expensive for my budget. :( Right now my whole makeup collection is placed in a plastic storage box. :D
