I am back with another review, and this time it is about this new product from Fashion 21 which is the Fashion 21 Blush Stick.
I am actually a fan of cream type blushes, because they stay on longer and they look more natural than the powder type. It is also very handy and easy to blend. So when I went on my monthly makeup shopping and saw this baby, I know I have to get one.
Let's talk about packaging. The packaging is actually really nice. it is so compact and sturdy, no issues on twisting the product and the cap fits snugly. I love the fact that there's quite a lot of product inside as well.
There are 3 shades available, and I got the shade #2. Shade #1 is too pink for me while shade #3 is too dark, so I settled with shade #2 which is a pretty coral color.
And here are some swatches without and with flash:

Top: One Swipe Only
Bottom: Well Blended
Bottom: Well Blended

What I like about this product:
- Locally available and affordable for ₱150 only.
- Super pigmented.
- It is a cream blush, easy to blend.
- The packaging is good.
- Very handy and compact.
- Staying power is awesome, stayed for 6 to 7 hours on me without reapplying.
- Shade #2 is a perfect coral shade.
What I didn't like about this product:
- Shades are limited, only 3 shades available
- Hope the shade has a cute name instead of a number
Hahaha! I know, the dislikes are so-so since I really don't have anything bad to say about this product. I love that it is also a multi-tasking product, meaning you can use it as an eyeshadow or a lipstain. So if you are looking for an affordable blush, go ahead and check out the Fashion 21 Blush Sticks. It is worth every peso, I promise.

I super agree with you sis! :) I love blush stick because they blend so easily, the blush will be almost natural to wear, you would instantly look like "mestiza".hehe..I'm using Nichido Multiple stick, the shade has a name.lol It's Sunset Glow :)

True! I love the natural flush and mestiza look of cream blushes! I haven't tried the Nichido one yet, since this blush stick is more cheap than Nichido's. :)
Deletei love this review!:D it reminds me of nichido's multiple stick in sunset glow and south beach. :D
DeleteThanks dear Joyce! :) I'll go ahead and try the Nichido Multiple Stick. Is this the one you can use as a lip stain as well?

ReplyDeleteYour welcome dear and thanks for following! :) Yes, the shade looks awesome and the other 2 shades are okay as well, I just don't prefer it as of the moment but I think I'll get them too soon.
DeleteI like multi-use prodcuts. Have you tried it on the lips na? How did it do?
ReplyDeleteNot yet dear, but let me do that then will reply here to let you know how it does. :)
DeleteNichido had this kind of blush stick too. But I think this is much natural-looking. Hihi. It really suits Filipina skin.
