Hi lovely readers of Pinay Beauty In A Budget! I'm Kaye and this is the first time I'm going to guest blog. I'm the person behind Blog to Express and that is where I talk about various topics including food and product reviews. Today, I'll show you how to make newspaper nail art!

Here are the things I used:

1. Caronia Nail Care Nail Hardener and Base Coat at Php 44.25
2. Bobbie Premium Nail Creme in Pure White at Php 35.00
3. Caronia Nail Care Fast-Dry Top Coat at Php 44.25

4. Rubbing alcohol
5. Small container (I used the cap of a bottled water)
6. Cutouts of newspaper
Here are the steps you'll have to do to achieve those newspaper nails!
Step 1: Apply base coat to protect your nails and to also have smoother and long lasting manicure.

Step 3: Let the base nail polish dry for at least 5 minutes.
Step 4: Dip your nails in a small container that has alcohol for about 20 seconds.

Step 5: Immediately press the newspaper cutout to the nail. Just don't press it too hard or else the paper will stick to the nail polish causing the base nail polish to be ruined. Wait for about 10 seconds before gently removing it.

Step 6: Apply topcoat and you're done!

Thanks for reading my guest blog post and I hope you enjoyed this nail art tutorial! Please do drop by my blog if you have extra time! :)

Beautiful and neatly done. If you don't have it yet, try topping this off with bobbi brown's matte top coat naman. Baka maganda din.
ReplyDeleteThat's actually a nice idea, matte topcoat to make it look more paper like. :D Thanks for the comment dear!
