Review: Aido Travel Kit in Color #1

Hello lovely readers! I am back with another review, and this is about this super affordable Aido Travel Kit in Color #1. I got this for only ₱75.

I was browsing through the makeup kiosks in Ever Commonwealth when I stumbled upon this palette. I also saw the one with neutral/earthy colors, but it's for ₱135 (I think). I wanted to know the quality of the eyeshadows so I purchased one.

Packaging wise, I like how compact this palette is, very convenient for travelling. It doesn't feel cheap at all, it is quite sturdy actually.

This palette comes with 2 blushes, 6 eyeshadows and a dual ended applicator. Let's take a look at the eyeshadows first.

And here are the swatches:

I love the colors on this palette, perfect for summer! We have 2 matte colors (3 and 5) while the rest are shimmer. It doesn't feel that chalky as well. As for pigmentation, it's okay but it would be better to foil it or apply it over a primer/white base.

It also comes with 2 blushes: a peach and a pink one.

Here are the swatches:

They are both shimmer and very pigmented. I suggest to apply a little bit then just layer little by little for more color. This is perfect to achieve a natural flush and glow.

Overall, this palette is good to play around with, especially this summer. Super affordable and the colors are gorgeous as well. I am not sure if this is a limited offer from Aido, but I suggest to grab one now while you can. The price of ₱75 is super worth it.

Next post is a very interesting one, as I will be comparing 4 affordable matte lipsticks. Stay tuned Pinay Beauties, and goodluck!

I have the neutral one. Only I bought it for 140 last year. I love it and I use it as an alternate for my Naked e/s. ^_^
