I have always been a big fan of lining the eyes and I prefer liquid eyeliner pens because it is easier to control (at least for me), like just drawing a line in the eyes. Although I love my IN2IT Waterproof Eyeliner Pen because of it's slim tip, I think it is too expensive for me to use everyday. Luckily, San San has the same eyeliner pen which costs ₱85 only. Yes, ₱85.
What's more is that it is enriched with Vitamins A, C and E so not only it is safe to use on the eyes but it also has vitamins to keep 'em healthy. Here's what the eyeliner pen looks like.

I actually love how simple it is. Just this light blue body and a color indicator at the base. Here's what the tip looks like:
As you can see, it has quite a thick felt tip which is perfect for beginners because it is easier to control and less messy. For people who wanted to achieve a thin line, it will be quite challenging with this eyeliner, unless you do small dots on the lashline and connect it little by little.
Here is a swatch of the liner at the back of my hand:
I love how pigmented this liner is and that it has matte finish, unlike other liners who have a shiny finish which looks unnatural. It also dries rather quickly. What I did was I tried to rub and smudge it but it didn't budge. So I went ahead to testing out if it is indeed waterproof. I wet it with water and rub it again and here is the result:
The color faded ever so slightly but as you can see, the lines are still intact! This was really impressive for me considering how much I sweat on the eye area. I think I just found a new favorite!
What I like about this product:
- Very cheap at ₱85 only.
- Packaging is neat.
- Waterproof.
- Dries easily and dries matte.
- Very pigmented.
- Has vitamins A, C and E.
What I didn't like about this product:
- Not easy to find, always out of stock.
If you are a beginner or if you have a tight budget, I think this eyeliner is perfect for you. It comes in 2 shades actually, one is brown (always available) and the other one is black (always out of stock). If you wanted a subtle line, go for the brown one. Regardless, this product deserves two thumbs up! I love it and you should definitely try it too.
