Clio eyeliner

Here is just a quick rundown of my present Top 3 Pencil Eyeliners: Clio liquid eyeliner My cousin brought me an eyeliner from Japan, Dolly Wink Liquid Liner—it’s apparently one of the cult liquid liners in Japan. After using it, I understood why. It has a brush tip, which is nice for making smooth lines and the color is super black and dries to a bit of shiny finish. This is another stay-put formula that lasts until I want to take it off at night. It can start to flake if you glob it on in too many layers, but it’s so opaque that one swipe is all you need, really.

What are your favorite pen eyeliner? Waterproof is just basic !! Stick to skin fast with upgraded film formula Fixed all day long. So happy!. I had the waterproof brush liner in black and was awesome (lasted 6 months, using it everyday) and all I can say, are just nice things. So a smudge-proof, waterproof and long lasting eyeliner eh? Yes, I believe I have found a complete winner and a new favorite. Plus what other eyeliner can you think of that comes with its own remover? I can’t think of any, can you? That said, Clio’s Waterproof Brush Liner is a HOLY GRAIL item for me! Customer Service I am a HUGE fan of felt tipped eyeliner pens. And I'm in the market for a new one soon, as my Stila pen is about to run out. I like that the CLIO pen appears to dry with a matte finish. Sometimes I find that the eyeliner pen pigments dry with kind of a reflective surface so that it bounces light instead of staying a true, inky black.
